We continuedly involve kids within our internal competitions and also while our system finds talented students through our courses, well sponsor them to participate as exceed champions in international competitions.
For the first time registration in case, you change your mind you will receive refund till the third session. In the event of installment payment, you have to inform us 2 weeks before the new term start to cancel new registration.
After the registration you will get an instruction to setup your kids' device properly. If you face any problem you can inform us 1 hour before the class and our technical contact you to fix the problem remotely.
Yes. You and your kids can attend 1 trial session. You can contact us or use our website to request for trial class.
In case of emergency kids can miss maximum 2 classes. We recommend you to inform admin/ Teacher if you're going to skip the class to respect the class discipline. Kids also would have access to the class recording till the next session. They need to review the recording and prepare required assignments for the next session.
Yes, the exact course content taught by live teacher will be available in the form of E-learning format for kids to review until next session.
Yes, Exceed Academy School portal is equipped with class group chat tools allowing teacher and students to share their questions and ask from teacher and teacher will respond so students are not alone with their learning path and their assignments and also student will participate in the problem solving of other student's problem with supervision of teacher.
There is also a messaging system for the one-to-one communication of teacher to students and Vis versa.

Yes, There is a messaging system built-in the Exceed Academy School portal allowing parents to communicate to teachers and Vis versa. Parents could also email /call Local Admin center if they have any questions or concerns.
Yes, parents always could monitor their kids progress real time via EA School portal and if there is any concern they can contact teacher or admin.
You can use the registration form in our website to add your kid's information into our system. We will contact you to provide more information about our services and also hear your questions and demands.
Based on our experience small group classes would have the most efficiency. It would be pleasant for kids to join an small community of their age and make some new friends. The maximum class member would be 6 so teacher could monitor their feedbacks, answer their questions and help them engage and focus on class activities.

Robotics is a very generic word and various clubs handle the work differently. Our approach in robotics has below ingredients:
Engineering (Thought process, critical thinking, Problem-Solving)
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
Presentations (Kids present their work to parents in a formal event)
Competitions (Every 3rd term is a mandatory competition term with prizes)
Long Term (our Exceeders program is 18 months long followed by Arduino and Raspberry PI)

We have a floating schedule. after you register your kids and inform us about your preferred course and times for the class, you will be added to a waiting list. we do our best to start the class sooner. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to start a class.

For now, we provide our courses for 2 age groups 9-12 and 13-17. Despite the course subjects would be the same for both age groups; Kids in lower age groups should deal with simpler questions and projects and use a less complicated approach to meet the same goals like graphical and scratch like programming.while upper age groupe deal with Python/C/C++ language coding.
No. Our curriculum starts from term 1 which assumes no knowledge and builds its way to more advanced courses. If a student has experience, we will accommodate him/her in a higher term depending on the experience and knowledge.
Our teachers are selected from talented and enthusiastic teachers with engineering background and lots of robotic experience from well-recognized universities all over the world. So, students could leverage their knowledge trough universal academic culture.
Yes. Our course is bundled with fair amount of Homework's and assignments for each day as well as final exam and project. A lot of quizzes are also part of this E-learning modules and student should solve and submit them through our school portal.
